AJâ s HVAC technician, Jose Vielma, installed a replacement thermostat for us. He came on time, was extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He made a suggestion to hardwire the thermostat vice just batteries and did the work for the same reasonable price. He was, frankly, among the most professional people we have ever utilized. I heartily recommend others consider AJâ s Hearing and AC if Jose is typical of the work they perform.

On Friday my central ac unit stopped cooling. Based on the weather reports I knew the next several days would be extremely hot. AJ Heating and Air Conditioning responded to my call for help and arrived several hours later. Because the inside unit had iced up, they rearranged their schedule to return the next day. Adinsson and Teklesenbet diagnosed the problem, and over many hours worked to get the unit working again. They were very professional and courteous in all aspects, and clearly articulated the actions they were taking. I would recommend AJ without hesitation. Thank you for a job well done.

The technicians arrived within the scheduled window, worked very neatly, and clearly explained the problem.

The technicians were professional, helpful and honest. My problem was resolved and suggestions for continued maintenance were provided but there was no pressure to act immediately. They explained the situation, the actions they'd take next given the option I picked and the costs associated and left it up to me. I will use AJ's for every HVAC project I have.
