Did a great job . Made a dark streaked mildewed roof look new and came with 2 year warranty. Initially I was afraid the chlorine based product might be harmful to my abundant surrounding shrubbery but none occurred. They watered down the shrubbery, covered it all and then collected the roof runoff at the gutters. No need to worry about pressure either. The pressure used is basically to propel the product up to gently fall on the roof. The product not the pressure is the main cleaning agent. Loss of granules not a problem. Highly recommend.

AJ did an excellent presdure wash job on a very large drive that had not been cleaned in 60 years. He did my deck and other concrete areas around my home. A whole day of work and he was very fast worker. The quality of his work was very high and praiseworthy and his prices are quite reasonable. He is clearly a person with high standards and integrity. I highly recommend him.
