Called A&J Services, LLC and Andrew answered on my first call. I explained to him that we had a lot of problems the last couple years with both our heat and always needing to add Freon to our air. Told him we were ready to replace the whole system. I also explained we had a bedroom and bath room that was hardly getting any air flow. With one bedroom getting way to much air flow. He said he was in the Warsaw area and he and Kyle would stop by within the hour. I ask Andrew if they would replace the unit and check the duct work about the air flow. After checking he was able to tell me what rooms I had trouble with before I even told him. Andrew told us he would get back in a couple days. Couple days later he stopped by with a price for the new heat/air unit and duct work to fix the airflow problems. I had been checking for the last couple months to see what it might cost. Donna and i felt like the price was more than fair. The next week Andrew and Kyle had the new unit installed within two days, and the air flow is awesome with the new duct work. Even air flow all through the home. We have used both heat and air and they work perfect. The unit is so quiet you need to feel over the vents to know if it is on. No job too small for Andrew and company. Had a blocked dryer vent a good 25 feet above the ground I couldn t get to that was causing my dryer to e-shutoff constantly. He came out promptly, did the job, and had been pleasant to deal with the whole time.

I've lived in my townhome for almost three years now and have had an issue with the furnace causing a heavy water leak into and around my duct working. This water pools just above my kitchen sink and has caused the ceiling to bubble and bulge. Using my home warranty company, I've had a different company out three times, each time resulting in a "trade fee" and a "This time it's fixed." I begged the warranty company to provide a different contractor and when A&J Services showed up, I knew I was going to see results. They performed tests that the other company didn't attempt. In turn, they found enough of an issue to have the furnace and heat pump replaced by the home warranty company! I now have a brand new HVAC setup with only a few days waiting on the equipment to come in (warranty company delay, not A&J Services). I only wish my warranty company had sent out A&J Services the first time so I could have enjoyed functional HVAC this entire time. Thank you A&J Services!
