Excellent work by the roofing crew led by David. Initial estimate for duration and start of the job were off a few days, however I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the work. The cost was the least of 3 estimates. Gus was very professional and courteous, as was the roofing crew. Not a lot of yelling or loud music. No cost surprises.

This company was referred to me by my co-worker who had a great experience with them. From the start, they gave me the assurance that I was in good hands and they will make absolutely sure that I would not have to worry about anything. And that is exactly what happened from beginning to end. Although the weather condition had slowed the work, the process was executed to perfection. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This company is an example of how all companies should present themselves! Superb Service������.. My family required a new roof as well as interior construction after a pine tree fell on/through the house. I was referred by three different people I know and trust (that do not know each other) to contact AJ Wells. Although I still obtained numerous estimates/bids, AJ Wells stood out! He (Arthur) arrived early to his promised appointment. He provided comfort in the already stressful situation, direct answers to all of my questions, and workable solutions to resolve any existing problems. He had a well-mannered, good-natured demeanor about him. My gut was spot on! The ENTIRE AJ Wells team was professional, helpful and respectful! Any/All expectations I had were exceeded! For the roof, from start to finish, an excellent job foreman was always present during the roofing process. For the interior, Arthur showed up many times as the job progressed, constantly updating me on the status of the project. They were thorough and meticulous. I cannot say enough positive about this company������..I will always have an A-1 relationship with AJ Wells for the outstanding experience they provided me. I will recommend them to anyone and will contact them in the future for anything needed.

This company is amazing! I have watched several other companies put new roofs up but nothing like this company! We loved working with Chris and Eric as well as the rest of the crew! They were on time, very profession, took care of the insurance and patient with all of my questions! They put a new roof on our home, rebuilt our chimney, resealed our back porch so it would not leak, and rebuilt part of our roof that had gone bad! Plus they put in four light tunnels in our home which we love! The roof looks amazing! They even worked with my request to see the light tunnels in someone's home before we bought them! I would give a higher rating if I could!

I knew before the conversation was over that I was going to hire AJ. He is very knowledgable and professional. I actually felt like I was talking to someone that I had know for years. The crew was very nice and friendly also. When Donnie dropped the dumpsters off we talked and laughed for a while. Donnie was able to answer other questions that I had. They also did a repair that was not in the contract. They kept me informed the entire time. My roof looks great!!

We love or new roof. We dealt with Author, and we was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He told us what he expected to see when they removed our 20 year old roof and that's exactly what they found. Their quote was the most reasonable we received and included more than the other companies we spoke to. Overall great experience!

The people were professional and experienced. Guss was always available if I had any questions. The roof looks great, and thanks to the material used by your company I received a 20% discount on my home owner insurance. Recommended a neighbor, your company should complete his roof today. He is pleased with the way all of the process took place, his sales person was Guss, and like myself, he had nothing but praise for his knowledge and straight forward answering of any question. Would highly recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

They did an EXCELLANT job, were neat and courteous. They accomadated all requests and Kim - in the office - was so polite, helpful and always kept us updated. We would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

It's been 6 months and we have had no problems. Very pleased with service.

After gutters were installed it rained the next day. The gutters were leaking very bad at several locations. Tried calling AAA to come out and fix the problem but could not get anyone to answer the phone. Come to find out AAA Irrigation and Drainage had shut down their bussiness. The gutters were not sealed at many locations and where they were sealed it was not sealed good enough to stop leaks. Not a happy customer.

This company was on time, diligent and did a great job. They also did not haggle about payment, actually coming back the next day to pick up the check, giving me time to inspect their work.

They did a good job, but They had to come back 4 times. The first crew didn't work very hard and were eventually let go. The company got a more experianced crew to finish the job.

My only complaints are they dismanteled a stone wall around one of my flower beds and didn't put it back together and some of the areas they dug up wern't smoothed out.
