"Please advise: This is the fifth one-star review that we received from this customer (some were deleted, while others were under her own name, or under a fake name (Kay Emerick), or under as Bethlehem Properties), despite working alongside her, keeping open communication, and going beyond what our small family-owned and operated business offers (ex. cleaning her gutters that were built up with moss, algae, and leaves). During the first project, several contractors walked off the job, but as a small business we took it on and addressed the issues thoroughly; however, she gave us a one-star review. Some time later, despite "how bad we apparently were," this customer came back to us with her most recent project since we were professional and our work was quality. Throughout the whole process, we encountered several one-star reviews that degraded our business, despite answering her calls, e-mails, text messages, addressing issues and sending roofers out there multiple times to ensure the roof was to code, the work was quality, and up to the customer's standards. This customer used these one-star reviews to get our attention and move ahead of other customers; we'd told her that it would take 6-8 weeks to get her project done due to our schedules and commitments with other customers--we finished it between 4-5 weeks. Furthermore, the customer scrutinized and used ChatGPT on areas that were split between her property and a neighbor's, which they had no association with our work nor did we have permission to work on their portion of the shared roof. She called out our employees by name, despite them taking full responsibility and priority that her standards were adhered too--she challenged our roofers on code (which was ChatGPT'd), and days later the roof that was apparently not to code was passed by their city inspector. Our contracts and our warranties are written out and are followed precisely. As mentioned before, this customer was a previous customer--our contracts and warranties have not changed between the span between projects. As a small business, we care about the integrity of our quality and our workmanship, ensuring that we are fair and uphold our end of the project to meet the standards of code as well as the customer. This customer, unfortunately, will never be satisfied and continue to degrade our small business even though we took extra measures and trips to meet her own standards (and her AI'd code enforcement inspector--ChatGPT)."

"The issue here is not the workmanship or quality of the materials. The leak issue is from a skylight on the roof. We recommended having the skylight replaced, to no avail. We tried flashing around the skylight and even built a cricket around the skylight. Until that skylight is replaced, the leak will exist. We have been short staffed since a GOVERNORS SHUTDOWN in March and we do our best at returning calls."
