This is a really shady company. They had to redo a lot of work because it was faulty. Then once I paid them siding started falling off, and they will repair it.
Response by AJ Window and Door Solutions, Inc.: We installed to small rubber roofs that ended up having bubbles. We responded by immediately removing and installing two new rubber roofs without hesitation, as we should have. The top piece of siding came down from strong winds that we had. We are a small, family owned company. We did not have the man power to go repair this the same day we got the call about it. We responded in a timely manner, we even sent our GM down to repair it for her so it would be done quicker for her. We did everything in our power to provide quality service to this customer. We did several things at her home for free, that were not on her original contract, because we are good people. We always try to please our customers, but sometimes this is impossible. Just ask the other contractors who were working at her home that walked off the job. The customer was very courteous to us while we were there though, I must say. Calling us a shady company because we couldn't get to the home in 5 minutes is a little over the top. We apologize that there were issues to begin with, but we thank you for your business.

Tom the owner came to my home to discuss the product they use for sliding glass doors. His overview was very comprehensive, without any type of hard sell. The install of the door went off without a hitch, including the clean-up afterward. They were very accommodating, working around my schedule. Quality job, down to earth professionals.

They completed the work in one day. I was up in my attic and found that some of the wood had come out and was laying on the floor and was not replaced. They did clean the trash up completely and left no trash in my yard for my dogs to get.
Response by AJ Window and Door Solutions, Inc.: The pieces of wood that Harry is referring to is the cutting-in of the ridge vent that is necessary to allow for air flow. All soft and rotted wood was replaced. We pride ourselves in good service and unfortunately, this homeowner had not reached out to us for a service call.

AJ roofing was easy to talk with and they did very fine in clean up. Job was completed in a day and a half . Tom came back at night to place required tarp over dumpster . Very pleased with AJ
