Never order from A & J Window Haus L.L.C. They charge customers upfront and fail to complete the job. Very unprofessional company. The pictures on their website appear misleading, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Be careful before doing business with them. Make sure you research reviews and get everything in writing before paying. Unfortunately here no zero stars so I have to give 1 star

I had ordered a new windows and doors in August of 2023. Now we are at the end of April of 2024 and order is NOT complete. They requested a full payment without delivery, installation and inspection. Paid off more than 90%. They are holding 2 doors in their warehouse. Last door came wrong and one panel needed to be replace. I paid for that door in November and it was installed on March 25th. Now I need to wait another couple month to get it right. Still needed to get 3 more panels to be replaced. Paid and installed in November of 2023. Plus damaged 2 windows needed to be replaced and a lot of small items needed to be corrected. Horrible quality and customer service.

From start to finish this company exemplified professionalism. In the beginning of our project the sales person was diligent and answered all our questions. When our door was installed, not only did we love it, the installation was professionally done and clean. I highly recommend this company for their product and their service.
