She's fantastic. She's been doing weekly cleaning for me the past 10 years. They're very professional and does great work. We trust her when we're not there and even with our kids. She's incredibly flexible and just phenomenal. I cant recommend her enough.

I hired this company during the summer months and used this company up until the end of Dec. While I was home for 4.5 months I was able to pay them after I had done a quick inspection. I would leave the house while they were cleaning and I loved their work and paid them as they were leaving. When I went back to work they wouldn't clean unless I left payment for them. I don't know who gets paid BEFORE they do the work, but I tried it one time. As I expected, they left several things undone and left lights on all over the house. The next time, today, I was home during the cleaning and they did a thorough job. Because she had no interest in billing me and I had no recourse for work that hadn't been done once I had paid them, I had no choice but to dismiss them. It was clear that the consistency wouldn't be there unless I was home. So if you can be home to inspect and pay them when they are done, I would highly recommend them. Otherwise, you might want to re-consider using them.
