We have had the same recurring problem with our Whirlpool fridge since 2017 even after multiple service calls and replaced parts. Amir was courteous and professional and actually arrived ahead of schedule. He was very thorough which enabled him to identify and fix the actual problem though it required different parts and labor than his original over-the-phone diagnosis. rather than simply applying **band-aid solutions** like we received previously on repeated service calls, he found and actually fixed the real problem. Though the job ended up requiring additional time and parts not factored into his initial repair quote, he honored his original quoted price. While it is true that **only time will tell** as of now, we are quite pleased with Amir and his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest, appliance repair at a fair price.
