I was very unhappy that I was not told how much they would charge $100+ just to come out for 10 minutes and let me know what was wrong with my washer. That was never discussed, it was not anywhere on their website and Erica, the woman I spoke with, made no mention of this in the multiple exchanges we had. I do not think I would have minded if I felt I had been properly forewarned. Also, the very same day they left our washer was even worse than it was before they looked at it and my husband agreed. Would not call them again. Save yourself time and money.

The gentleman who repaired my fridge was incredible. Very polite and handy, but also answer all my questions about its issues. Took his time to really make sure the fridge was working and appropriately fixed.

Talked to AJ made an appointment to work on double oven He was a no show He didnâ t call me to say he couldnâ t make it ,no courtesy call

My dryers timer had to be replaced and if course right as soon as it started getting cold well AJ came and fixed it with no problem and was kind enough to allow me to pay at the next month. He said he wanted to make sure I was able to dry my clothes. Wow I couldn't believe he told me that. AJ Appliance Repair repaired a 40 year old washing machine for me. The repair and customer service were rated 5 star and the price was more than reasonable. The washing machine now runs like new. AJâ s appliance repair is excellent! Very knowledgeable young man! My dryer wasnâ t working and he knew the problem immediately. He ordered the part and had the dryer working within a couple days. Heâ s very pleasant and kind. I was scammed by another appliance repair for $200 a month ago so it was refreshing to have met an honest and talented repairman! AJ was very thorough in checking out the problem with my oven/range. While new parts were not available (2002 Amanda) he was able to get my â electronic boardâ repaired and it works perfectly!! AJ kept in touch with me as it took a week or so to have the repairs done. As soon as he received them he called, came to the house and fixed it up! We are very pleased with his courteous business manner and will definitely hire him again for appliance repair.
