AJ's Landscaping Business

Hired them on a Monday. They said they would do a full service on the lawn including weeding and trimming shrubs the next day. Didn’t show. Said they “forgot." How do you forget a new account? Came on Wednesday and did a terrible job. I specifically asked if they would pull weeds and said I understand the first time it would be a big job. Didn’t pull the weeds. I even said just tell me if this project is too much! Wrote a text to ask if they were going to fix the situation. No response so far. So sad customer service is dead.

Great Guys to work with. They did my landscaping as well as some extra things to get done in my yard regarding my fence, gate and tree trimming. I would hire them again.

I hired AJ's spur of the moment after terminating my relationship with my previous landscaper. They showed up right away and on-time. The monthly charge was a little more than I expected but I agreed and they got started immediately. Each week they showed up on the appointed day and did the work promised. My only complaint is that the fellow trimming the hedges and small trees only knows to make them into visually appealing shapes and wasn't aware this particular tree is supposed to have long branches as it is a butterfly bush. It will take some time to grow it out properly.

They contacted me within a few minutes after i sent my request. They came that same day to provide me an estimate and completed the project the next day. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

We are in the process of extending our pool deck area and needed a lot of hedges, etc. removed and/or cutback. They had all the lawn equipment required to cut back 10 ft. hedges, banana tree. They worked diligently, were professional and I would use them again.
