AJ's Lawn Service

They took down my shutters on the front of my house. The painted them and them rehung them. 1.5 years later on one of the shutters the screws came out at the bottom. The screws they used rusted and obviously were not the right size to secure the shutters. I contacted them to reattach my shutter and they refused and told me they don?t do that kind of work anymore. That?s can pretty lousy. There business is not very far from my home, so they don?t have far to come to put 2 screws in. This is very poor service. I don?t recommend them. Please beware that if you have any problems after they do a job for you they won?t come back and fix it. Beware!!!!

AJ's Lawn Service is extremely professional and efficient, and they provide a quality service. They greatly exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very detail oriented. I would absolutely recommend their services and plan on using them again in the future. Huge kudos!

FIRST IMPRESSION** AJ did a good job at a reasonable price, and I will offer him other landscaping jobs in the future. AJ did an outstanding job of communicating with me as circumstances required us to reschedule twice. UPGRADE** I hired AJ to remove leaves from my yard. When he came to my home to survey the job and provide me with a price, AJ asked if he could dump my leaves in the park next to my back yard. This should have been a red flag because none of the contractors I had ever used to take care of my leaves had asked this question. I made it clear to AJ that he could not dump any leaves in the park. About a week later, AJ arrived with his crew and went to work. After they finished I walked through my yard and everything looked fine. I should have checked the park. A few days later I found several piles of leaves in the park, just outside my backyard gate. The piles were not large, but clearly AJ, or a member of his crew, had dumped some of my leaves in the park. I immediately called AJ, told him what I had found and asked him to have the dumped leaves removed. AJ refused. He simply denied responsibility, and refused to inspect the area where the leaves were dumped. A disappointing outcome. It appears that making his customers have a good experience is not one of his priorities.

The owner and his partner were great, Their work ethic is outstanding. You just tell them what you need and they make it happen. And they are class guys. They are fun to be around and easy to work with. And they are usually one step ahead of the customer.

AJ removed weeds and laid mulch down for my very messy flower bed in front of my center unit townhouse. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. In addition, he answered my questions relating to future jobs in the spring. I highly recommend him and I will refer him to my family and friends in the area. Job well done.
