I think it is ironic that when I was specific about all the appliances that need to be installed, I got a response from someone who knew very little about installing appliances. He said he would arrive around 9 am, but he did not show up until the afternoon. Did not bring a hand truck (fridge and stove) left to go buy a hand truck and did not return for a long time. He did not remove any of the protective coatings on the appliances or the cabinets, so we have to pull everything back out to do that. He did not punch out the hole in the disposal when he hooked up the drain for the dishwasher, so when we did a test run the following week, there was water everywhere. He did not know how to hook up the dryer vent. I had to go buy all of the appliance cords (each was a different trip to the hardware store). He quoted me a price of $50 per appliance, but then when it came time to collect, he changed the prices for three of the appliances, stating that they were more because he had to wire them. It was awkward. I liked the guy enough, he was super polite, but I think he has very little experience with any of it. I wanted to hire him again, we were on a time crunch to move and I needed a lot done, but I do not trust that he would be honest in his abilities. I tipped him because he was nice and I appreciated that he did not give up or quit. In the end, he got everything in place, my husband had to jump in and help on almost all of it, and it took till almost 9 pm. I would not hire him again.

Maid Service
We just moved into our house and still have boxes to unpack along with lots of beach sand and other dirt tracked in by the various movers and technicians who have come through the house recently. The team from AJ’s tackled all the chores on my list and we have a clean living space now between the boxes. I appreciate their professional approach and cheerful attitude. One Time Interior House Cleaning
Hired JNeil for a deep clean on my vacation home. She did a very thorough cleaning job. Very polite, conscientious about her work, made sure sure hit all the spots that I had major concerns about, and she makes a fabulous bed. I have bunks with a trundle under, and two full size beds in very tiny park model bedrooms. They are not by any means easy. I will definitely hire her again.
