Owner doesn t communicate with the people who works for him well. There were few confusions what I wanted to them to do and what the worker was told to do by the owner of the business. The project was supposedly finishing in 2 days, they ended up coming out 5 days, but still not done completely. The yard looks like a tornado went through, job not done as I wished. Price are about the price of a used car, promptness are not there.. The first day the team didn t show up on time without notifying being late, I had to reschedule them. Then still coming late here and there... AJ ended up adding more charge on top of my agreed bill to try to complete the job. I am still waiting for the rest of the job to be done. On top of it, the owner keep charging my credit card without notifying me (without finishing project, but within the price we agreed). After they have done a half job and left, I tried contacting them to finish the project, but no show. Almost they abandoned my contract. Today, after I requested to complete the job few times, the team showed up try to negotiate new higher price, and demanded cash pay on the spot without bringing written contract. (said don't know where it went) after I refused to promise paying cash without bringing the contract, the team left saying they wanted to have cash before thanksgiving. If you are very relaxed people and don t care how finish yard look like and have too much money to spend somehow, I would recommend Aj s tree service. but if you are saving money years to do yard work like I did, and expect your yard and trees to look good to meet expectation, I would recommend other company.

The crew rushed the job trying to beat the rain They tried working after dark The entire back yard was torn up with their skid loader and a portion of the front yard Their solution was to smooth the dirt, throw out put seed and cover with straw I hope the amount of seed was sufficient or I will have a dirt yard rather than a grass yard

Told me it was going to be done in 1 day but it took 3 partial days. The crew didn't show up till noon everyday and had to leave around 5:30 because of it getting dark. I was pleased with there work but there work hours are not desirable.

Polite, courteous very informative. Did exactly what he said he would do, worked continuously until the job was completed and cleaned up all debris, leaving the yard clean and neat. Always aware of the surrounding area and the potential for how the trees would fall. Just a great group of people to work with.

They were here when they told me. After realizing the tree was hallow in the middle, he decided to cut it down the same day.... We watched the entire process.... VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! Thank you for a great job!!!

The company came out yesterday, gave me an estimate. Called today and was able to do the job today and within my price range. Did an EXCELLENT job. Knowledgeable, personable, and made sure all the branches and limbs were removed from the property. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Mark and the other two gentlemen did a fantastic job on short notice. They were accurate and careful with our property and their safety concern. It was a difficult job and they performed an outstanding work in preserving our trees and the landscaping in our fenced in back yard. We now have peace of mind about huge tree limbs falling on our roof. Thank you.

The guys were on time, worked steadily all day being attentive to their safety and my property. Mark & Jason were knowledgeable about trees and made suggestions about the cuts to be made and more importantlylly, why. I'm very pleased about the improvement to my back yard and look forward to the Spring season.😊

This is a really an amazing company! Great work, fair pricing, very responsive! Communication is awesome, they stay in touch every step of the way. Would definitely them hire again and will recommend to all my friends!
