Andi showed up when he said he would and fixed a 30-year-old wiring problem on budget--a problem that four other electricians had simply walked away from. Most impressively, he finished the job just as a power failure hit the neighborhood. He was undeterred. Cheerful throughout. Meticulous about cleaning up after himself.
