I had a leaking double front door - leaking from above, below and under the threshold -- not a little, but a lot of water. Kevin came out and worked for a couple of hours to halt the leak. We thought we had it but another storm went through and we still had water in the foyer. I called Kevin and he came right out the next morning. He had rescheduled another appointment to do so, but we were expecting strong thunderstorms that night. I had paid him for the work the first time and expected him to ask for more money; however, he didn't and now the doors are doing their job.

I received a quick response to my request for a repair service. Kevin came out quickly to measure our window andordered the replacemet glass. As soon as the glass arrived at the factory and the weather was not rainy Kevin came to finish the job.

Kevin was very professional. He even called us to let us know he was running 5-10 minutes behind! I have never had someone do that before. Usually you're waiting and wondering if the person is going to show up or not. He gave us suggestions about the doors so we could decide which would be right for our home. The doors even showed up earlier than expected. They were installed promtly and they cleaned up after their work. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend their services.

There was a problem with two storm doors, only one which I noticed. Kevin pointed out the other. Kevin returned the defective parts to the manufacturer and was back out in two days to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company for replacement doors. Came out promtly to measure explained being so near Christmas may not be installed until after the first of the year but after only a few days it was iinstalled sooner. Very satisfied and would have them back again.
