They came when they said they would inspite of the rain on and off that day.

Hired to clean gutters and downspouts. One person came out to clean a 3 story house. Watched him through Ring on the front of the house. He never cleaned downspouts anywhere. Did not even go to the back of the house at all. I called and she sent him back out. He cleaned gutters he could reach with 14 ft ladder. 1/2 of house gutters were not cleaned because he could not reach them. They needed to have more than one person so they could tie off on the roof. The owner/manager was very nice but what they were hired for was not something they could provide.
