"[Consumer name withheld at their request] , 7 days is a far cry from forever. Especially removing old flooring, installing underlayment , installing tile, Grouting, trimming your baseboards, installing transitions, setting your toilets, and setting your sink. Also moving appliances and making the home livable while I did your job. Did it go as quickly as predicted? No. Was it done thoroughly? yes. Your sink had a leak prior to Me taking it out and trying to reinstall it ( which is something i DON'T USUALLY DO) Evidenced by the water stains under the prior floor. I advised you to get a plumber, end of story. I guarantee you, I did not use your bath tub while working. You blaming me for your knobs is absurd. I took my time and gave you a beautiful job and I found this review quite surprising and insulting. Im curious what happened to the sweet little old lady that was jumping up and down excited about her new floors and hugging me. Now this? Well thanks for calling me " very nice guy" anyway."
