Quick phone response however first person who said they'd come by did not, apparently due to some communication error. After calling again they did come out and the electrician was there waiting for us. The work was done quiickly and we felt we were only being charged for work that was needed- no hidden extras and no unnecessary repairs or replacements. Thanks!

STS Electric were very fast and professional (the person I dealt with was Shad, who was very professional and knowledgeable). I would definitely recommend them. The company is more expensive than other quotes we got, however, they also seemed to be the most reliable.

I was in an emergency situation and Shad was able to get out to my house quite early to assess the problems and provide an estimate. He then had his team there later in the afternoon and they worked until approximately 11:00 at night to assure that I had power and there was no danger of a fire (a tree had fallen on our power lines and ripped them off the house leaving exposed live wires hanging over our wooden deck). While STS was not the cheapest, I believe they were fair given the emergency situation and timing. Shad was very professional and thorough and kept me up to date every step of the way (unlike most contractors!).

At first we were very impressed. They were prompt and called when late, very professional. We were disappointed that they attempted the 2nd payment without notifying us first. Then they charged the final payment before the project was completed. That day when we went through the final walk through we noticed they missed installing one outlet. They had to make a "special trip" to fix it and never let us know that they were just going to leave our keys in the condo. Very disappointed at the end, but the work seems good.

This was actually an emergency situation with arcing in the circuit panel. STS was at my house in a half hour and diagnosed the problem quickly as a melted wire within the pipes, and had to replace some wiring in the house. He was knowledgeable and efficient. His helper was less efficient, however, and needed too much oversight, wasting some time. I'm very satisfied overall, and will recommend and hire them again.

Chadman and his crew did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with Shad, the manager on the project. I had other electric contractors come-by and give me bids for the work that needed to be done. Shad pointed-out a number of things that needed to be done that apparently the other contractors overlooked. He and his crew came when they said they would, and they took care of business. They worked nearly non-stop. Two thumbs up. I have already forward somemore business to them.
