I was very pleased with John. What looked like a big problem turned out to be a very simple issue. I couldn't be happier with the courtesy he showed me. I will have some plumbing work to be done in the spring and summer. I will be returning to John to do the work.

John called us back immediately. Our pipes had burst in the cold weather and we had no kitchen sink or dishwasher. He fixed the problems very quickly and we are very happy with his work and price. We intend to have him do further work in the future. So glad we found him!

During the sub-zero weather in N.H., it seemed like everyone had frozen/burst pipes. I called MANY plumbers who were willing to put me on a waiting list but could not come to the house anytime soon. John came out to check the pipes and three days later he returned, my pipe was rerouted and is now working fine. I found him both friendly and professional. I would hire him again.

My mom had not hired a plumber in years. We were nervous about having someone come in and repair the problems that she was having. John was very professional. He came out to look over the job and do an estimate. We took his estimate and had him make the repairs. He was very efficient and his quality of work that he did was very satisfying. My mom is elderly and old school and he treated her with kindness and respect and did an overall wonderful job. I would highly recommend him. He also came under the estimate.

John is the real deal. He was on time, very knowledgeable, down to earth and provided great tips for me and my wife. I'm having him come back to do another job next week. Avoid the larger/more complex companies...hire local instead!! Go with John and AK Plumbing and Heating.
