Nadlal is very good expert in roof inspection . He pointed out many things which I could not find out and I am able to ask the roofing company to do thier job. More than that his report with in closs photo graphs help any one to understand and correct the roof damages. He has very good knowledge about all around house and roof in detail and a very good helper in finding poeple in doing other kind of jobs like mold remediation Jose Antony

I thought the guys did a fabulous job inspecting my home. Didn t find anything major but found a few important things. Overall i had a great experience with them. The guys even went on the roof some inspectors wouldn t do that. Alll in all i think it was a great value, and they will be doing a second inspection at closing.

very professional and well detailed report. The captured pictures gave me the up front truth about the condition of the home and was right in line with every part of the written report. Even though i was in a totally different state and was not present for the inspection of my mother's home there was no doubt in my mind that i receieved quality service and honesty.

A&K came out to the house the same day to do the inspection, and even brought an independent termite inspector. I stayed on site with them and they explained everything they were doing and everything they found. I would definitely use A&K again.

Mr. Dev Nandlal inspected underneath my mobile home to record any damage done by the possum invasion I had recently. He courteously explained what he would do, then removed some of the skirts around my house, crawled around under the house and took pictures. He later emailed me his report including necessary repairs as well as some conditions not urgent but would need observing. In the report were pictures that very clearly demonstrated his observations. He did not increase the estimate he gave me, and was reasonable. Thank you for recommending this professional.
