MY ISSUE WAS MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WOULDN'T RUN. THE RESOLUTION WAS TO FLIP THE MASTER GAS SWITCH BACK ON LOCATED IN MY STAIRWAY THAT WAS ACCIDENTALLY TURNED OFF. THE TECHNICIAN FIGURED THIS OUT IN 5 MINUTES FROM ARRIVAL. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A FULL HOUR OF WORK AT $110/HOUR THOUGH. THINKING BACK I SHOULD HAVE PUT THE TECHNICIAN TO WORK CHECKING/CLEANING THE FURNACE UNIT TO GET MY FULL HOURS WORTH OF WORK.

Quick to respond and eager to get the job done properly and quickly. Set and cleaned up nicely and cooperated with our schedule and needs. Intallation was done properly first time around with no follow up necessary (5 weeks has past).

I had a complete install of a heater and a/c central unit and I'm completely satisfied. Issues after the installation was corrected because I ordered a larger unit that needed and it was adjusted to fit my smaller house. With Drew's advise and wisdom I have the best and quitest a/c unit on the block. With the current tax rebates and tax credits now is the time to do something about old and broken down furnaces and central air conditioning units. I just qualified myself for $1,800.00 which covers 32% of the total project. Thanks Drew and Dan!!!! (Melanie & Matt, too) Stephen NE Philly

We are very happy with the job done. Drew is very good with communication, and there were no surprises. His crew is very professional, and made sure to clean up each night after they were done working. Our basement looked cleaner when the project was finished than it did before they started. AKS may not be the cheapest out there, but they will tell you up front what it takes to get the job done. It is nice to deal with a company that takes pride in it work.

Great Service at a quite reasonable price. The kid who came really seemed to know what he's doing and really likes his job. They have a new regular customer now.
