January 27, 2024 In September 2021 we hired Aaron Paul, Alaska Snowmass Construction to: Bathroom One (downstairs) Repair bathroom plumbing Replace Sheetrock and paint Convert to a full size, walk in shower Replace vanity and medicine cabinet Install tile flooring Install new light fixtures and fans Bathroom Two Replace tub, and install shower door Replace vanity and medicine cabinet Install flooring Replace toilet Flooring (downstairs) Install new hard wood flooring on concrete In December 2021, we reached out to Aaron Paul to inform him that the grout in the shower (bathroom one) was crumbling, and falling out. The grout on the walls was covering some of the tiles, and it would not come off. Mr. Paul stated that the grout would not have crumbled if â it did not get wet as instructedâ . We did respond letting him know we did not use that bathroom for over a week after installation was complete. He stated he could come repair the grout, and would â charge us less then anyone elseâ . He never returned messages or calls after this conversation. In the following months we would reach out to Mr. Paul attempting to work out the situation to get the bathroom repaired. In the mean time, we regrouted the shower on three occasions. Each time, the grout would not stay in proper form. We made sure to follow all instructions and guides. By mid/late 2022, the shower was falling apart to the point where we stopped using it, and no water was allowed in the shower stall. We started the process to find a new contractor. We were unable to find a new contractor. In mid 2023 we found out that we were able to file an insurance claim. We worked with an inurance adjuster on the visible damage. The insurance adjuster found that we were not eligible for coverage on the â shoddy workshipâ , but was eligible for damages on the water damage on the flooring throughout the downstairs of home. He found the flooring was the wrong type of material to lay on top of the contcreate. The naturally occurring moisture damaged the particle board material. We were awarded $XXXX for replacing the flooring. Our original remodel is. now costing $45,000 to fix.... One of the reviews on this site is his wife.

Aaron was very good at communicating, he let us know the whole process, he was very professional with a great attitude and great work.

He's really professional, one of the best work if ever experience, price is in good price range, good communication and he finishes the job in a good time frame.
