Worst customer service ever. Poor communication, no follow ups to any calls or concerns. This company has been revoked and given an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. Personally I will never hire this company again. Home Depot needs to differ from using this 3rd party contractor for any in-home services if they're serious about customer satisfaction.

over the phone i told the person that the error code was to replace the magnets on the washing machine lid and that the mechanic should have the parts on him when he arrives. when the mechanic did arrive ( far beyond the 4 hour window they gave me ) on that saturday he worked on the machine for about 30 minutes and said " its the magnets " i was told he would need to order the magnets and was to give him $ 65.00 for his time. he was to install these magnets 1 week later on Saturday. on friday i received a call from someone who worked with him saying that the parts arrived and that he would show up between 9 and 1pm to install the parts. the mechanic has still not arrived nor have a receved a phone call to reschedule. i have left multiple messages on that saturday asking him where he was.... no return calls were given and my entire saturday was wastred sitting around waiting for someone that never arrived. including the first saturday that he arrive several hours late, i have spent a total of 16 hours sitting around waiting for nothing and i am out 65.00
