TREE AK

They are THE BEST company , ever. I had 12 whole trees removed from my property in one year. Being on a fixed income , I thought this would be an impossible project for me. Bur, AK Tree Removal made it all possible. I had gotten 5 estimates prior to me hiring anyone. AK was the last and the best.. Friendly, professional and fair in their pricing. There is NO other Tree Service that I would ever hire. GOD Bless this company and all of its staff, workers, etc.

This tree service is run by an eighteen year old kid. Initially I thought one of the older male was the owner that spoke little to moderate English when coming over for an estimate. The day of the job the eighteen year told me that the company was his. I didn't have a problem with that. I commend him for being so young and being an owner. Well he left at the beginning of the job and left his two non-english speaking employees to do the job. The trees were not trimmed properly and were uneven and they left without trimming the one tree that I stated in the estimate that need trimming. The job was for a specific number of trees. Communicating was difficult being that the only person to speak Spanish and English was gone. I had just cleaned my driveway of leaves that day and they blew leaves from the trees into my driveway. They just popped over without warning because the week before it rained on the schedule day. They never called to reschedule. They just popped over without notice. I will not be using this contractor again.

They are one of the best company that I had. They gave me the best price and service. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They came by and cut my tree down, but did not grind my stumps. They wanted to be paid for everything estimated, but I only paid them for what they did at the time. We agreed. The owner, Klebeer, showed up at my house with his son a few days later, having ground the stumps, and I paid the rest. Klebeer then told me he would send his guys back to move the wood that they cut up but never showed up. I called a few times, and his daughter answered and gave me another day they would show up. They still did not show up. I attempted another call and got hung up on, and texts were not returned. Very unprofessional. I had other neighbors that I was going to refer them to, but I am not going to now. I am also going to be sure to let everyone in my subdivision know not to work with these unprofessional people.

The company was very professional. Arrived on time as scheduled. They did a great job removing the tree debris. I would recommend this company as a great tree removal company. The price was fair for the size of the tree we had. THANKS to all the workers for a GREAT JOB

Quick, clean, and affordable

Did the project as discussed and completed the job in a timely manner. Did not quibble on price once agreement made. Definitely would recommend to anyone with tree removal and stump grinding

They did a bad job been trying to call them so they can fix the problem never thoughy was going be like that. Not sure how they have business just wondering. VERY BAD SERVICE

They prompt in giving an estimate ,Cut down 2 trees. I would give 5 but they were paid to grind the stump and did not completely grind it up ,was hard for me to do a flower garden. I would recommend them , just make sure your stump it grind completely.
