AKVM can not be easier to work with. Ben responded immediately to our request for a quote. He was patient, courteous, answered all our questions and satisfied our concerns. The quote was very competitive, although the roofing materials are of a much higher quality than proposed by others. The crew arrived on the day and time promised. They were very cautious about protecting our landscaping, and at the end of the day there was no evidence of their having been here except our handsome new roof. Ben followed up a few days later to make sure everything was in order, and that we were fully satisfied. My wife and I highly recommend AKVM for any roofing needs.

We did moved to Venice Florida from Cape Coral and needed a roof, I called several companies for prices and found AKVM on google, called met Ben and he had me from the beginning, very professional, he matched the line of roof that my community has to the line of shingles he has ( better quality), we signed and he was calling all the time to ask if we need anything also and in 2 days my roof was done, no problems no mess, no overcharge, They offered me a $300 wood work included on the price and a free wind mitigation inspection with the price, we had it all, Ben called and did a final inspection with us to make sure that we were happy with the work, I will recommend this company a 100% and I do sale real estate for 20 years and did more the 20 roofs with different companies.

Estimator misquoted on what work needed to be done. GM came out....made it 'right'. I was impressed that the real problem was addressed by the GM. Great attitude with all involved.

They have very good customer service and did an excellent job with the repair. It took almost 3 weeks to get the repair done but to me that was understandable because I know the amount of repairs that that had to get done and the rain that delayed them. I would recommend this company.

The sales manager Ben Faris was very professional and helpful. He took pictures of my house to allow me to see a digital image of what different roofs would look like on my house, which was extremely helpful in choosing my roof. The project got put off because of the rain a few times, but once they were able to start the entire job was done in three days. So far I haven't found any materials left behind in my yard, all the nails are gone they did a great job cleaning up. I didn't pay a penny more than the original quote and was very happy with the project when they were finished.

The crew came out as promised and finished my repair in a few hours the same day. They work hard and efficiently. Ever step of the project was explained and I was shown the before and after photos of the work. We just had heavy rains and my the inside of my lanai is dry. I would highly recommend this company.
