    Allen helped us out a couple of months ago when we had a problem with our furnace. He gave me a solution to our problem without a house visit or a charge. We had him come out last week to fix our furnace home humidifier. He cleaned the furnace and fixed the humidifier for a much MUCH lower cost than we anticipated. He is very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend Allen or use him again.

    Alan came to my house to install a humidifier at the end of December 2013. After the install, my central A/C started. He disconnected the wire to my A/C and stated that I would need a new thermostat and that he would call me to complete the install. He never called. I made the mistake of paying him for his services in cash and he did not provide a receipt. On 3/11/14, the pilot of my furnace went out. We started it and noticed a burn mark on the inside of the panel by the wiring. Called another vendor and we needed to replace our furnace. Not recommended by me.
