My very old garage door opener stopped working. Charlie replaced all the hardware and wiring and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Charlie is personable, professional, and his service reasonably priced. If you require any work related to garage doors; I would highly recommend Albany Saratoga Doors.

Our tension spring snapped due to aging and the very cold weather, and we were unable to manually open the door..remote work day!! We did online research and got a phone call from Charlie. Just 20 minutes later, he arrived. After diagnosing the problem, he went to one of their local vendors and purchased the correct spring -- he had already told us in the initial phone conversation that might happen. Upon his return, he replaced the broken spring and then carefully checked everything to make sure it was in proper working order. Charlie was friendly, professional, and informative. We heartily recommend both Charlie and Albany Saratoga Doors!
