ALCC was contracted to repair a leak in our garage. After ALCC had "completed" work and received payment, we had a heavy rain and it became clear that ALCC did not repair the leak. I reached out and they claimed that they did nothing wrong, and that water was getting in through the top of the parapet wall. They refused to help, claiming that they do not do stucco work. I scheduled two meetings with them that they did not attend, one late cancellation and one no call no show. The owner has stopped responding to my messages to remedy this.

We had problems in the beginning. We postponed the installation date because they were not ready to install. They were 4 house late arriving to do it. They were here until 8:30 at night. Had to come back the next day. Installed the new facuet wrong, No hot water!!! I had to leave for Houston 2 days after the installltion. When I got home I noticed some veins that were or didn't appear to be sealed well, the area was rough. I also noticed a problem at the sink.

Canâ t say enough good about this company! Will Ramirez was AWESOME! He took us through every step of the process in a timely way., stayed on budget, courteous, and cleaned up during and after the project. Really went the extra mile for us! We LOVE the finished product!

Will R. showed up each and every time he said he would. Very courteous and attentive to our questions. The granite work he did was exquisite. Not one error....We are so satisfied with the work of Will and ALCC, we would hire them again in a heartbeat and very highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of granite work. Cannot speak highly enough of this company!

Very dependable and trustworthy. If an issue or change arose, It was immediately rectified. The team went beyond my expectations with work service and following design choices not just in placement of the materials but inclusive within the materials themselves.. For example, the patterns in the granite were consistently followed and pieced together, as were the cuts of tile for shower walls in both bathrooms and an option for a shower arm flange that differed (and looked better -thanks JP! ) from my original concept. This team did not cut corners and did a great job! I would definitely use them again!

Very professional services company. Ryan did a great job explaining options for the project (custom floor/ceiling bookcase), and explaining the costs of material, labor and complexity. Ramon, who did the carpentry was very good and professional, on time and very detailed. I highly recommend using ALCC for their services.

They're all an around company. They're customer service is excellent; they address issues and are attentive and accommodating.
