My name is Anthony Cook and I provide Home Inspections in Indiana and Kentucky starting at $350+. I have multiple state licenses, years of hands-on experience, and an architectural degree. I offer same-day reports with every inspection complete with pictures, details, and recommendations. The reports are easy to read with items organized by category and level of concern. For a report sample, please visit my main website. I literally crawl in crawl spaces, walk roofs, explore attics, and examine most areas in between. My inspections cover the foundation, structure, roof, crawlspace, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. I can also use thermal imaging to check for hidden roof and plumbing leaks. As well as various other meters to check for carbon monoxide, flammable gas leaks, water heater temperature, AC Temperature differentials, and Air Quality Index ratings upon request. Radon Testing and Termite Inspections may also be available depending on location.

If you are looking to purchase a home, you want get a thorough inspection before spend a good portion of your income. This was our fifth home purchase and the most detailed inspection we have experienced. We believe it was worth every dollar spent as we made this purchase without a real estate agent who sometimes team with an inspector to help make a sale. ALC Inspection is a very professional company who will work on your behalf to give you some insight of the not-so-obvious issues most home buyers tend to overlook. With this being my first time buying a home and having to figure out everything that entails, Anthony made the home inspection part super easy. I was surprised at how fast he was able to get it scheduled and then he was even earlier than the scheduled time. The customer service I received was excellent. Along with a thorough and detailed report, he called me after the inspection to also go over and explain some things to me.
