There needs to be a better understanding of what general cleaning entails and does not. Most of the day was spent wiping down blinds.

"Ms. Roz S, this is not true We came to do a General Basic Cleaning and actually did more of a Thorough cleaning. I am sorry you feel this away. I am but I will have to defend this one. We were supposed to have charged more for a upgrade in cleanings but we kept it at the same price. There was no way we could come close to doing a General Basic cleaning. We could have changed our minds and not stayed but we're a very courteous team. So sorry you felt this away. Yes we did an assessment we explained very thoroughly to you what would take place. "Mr. Spence, I really do not have a comment we have to pay or service. I tell all clients prices have gone up on supplies so does the cost of home cleaning. He states we did a great job when we first arrived at the customer home, we did a walk through. Once we finished, we did another walk through. Once we were there I went and got Mr. Spence and ask if he had any concerns or question, he states it looks great and smell great. I assumed he was satisfied satisfaction is what we guarantee. So sorry if we did not meet expectation. I will follow- up with Mr. Spence."

A little pricey, but so is everyone these days. They did a good job, and Avis kept calling to see how the cleaner was doing. Will hire again when I can afford it.

"I am so sorry you feel this away .. I believe the problem came in with the Floors we were just not able to get a lot of the sand dusting from your floors.. We did speak in regards of this problem there was a lot of sand dusting that was just stuck in the grounding of your floors. You stated you understood if we could not get the sanding out. Most Home residential cleaning services will not have that type of equipment. I suggested you would need floor technicians to come in and you said I know over by your fire place there were coins melted down in the grind of the flooring... I am surprised of the review you stated you liked the cleaning and it smelled wonderful so again unfortunately you were not satisfied A&L Cleaning Service"

The cleaners arrived promptly and got straight to work. I ordered the deep clean as the house had been sitting vacant for awhile before I moved in and boy did they get every nook and cranny. Cobwebs, dust, dirt, even shined the stainless steel fridge. I highly recommend.

Very nice and courteous. However I was not satisfied with the service. I had to sweep and mop after they swept and mopped. When my guest arrived, I was asked multiple times?. What did they clean?
