Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Arturo was supposed to steam clean my carpets. Said he was going to arrive at 11am. Yes he left a message that he is going to be late unfortunately there was no cell reception, so when I finally was able to get a hold of him, he was supposed to be at my house in half hour which became abt 2 hrs. OK finally carpet cleaner is here and its gonna be OK... wrong... He did shampoo with this small machine, left the carpets soak and wet and finally after everything was dry, carpets were still dirty. I had to call another company, which were better, and they cleaned it all up. So I decided to call Arturo and let him know, before I post this review. He said he could come back and clean it again... Too late. He said next time he'll give me a discount to compensate me. Well guess what?? There won't be a second time. On the top of it he emaiedl me a receipt for $200 while I paid him in cash $220. Him and his company might be good at cleaning house (I don't have the experience), but as far as for carpet cleaning he has no clue. Do yourselves a favor go and hire a professional reputable carpet cleaning company. It will save you in the long run...

Top notch. These folks know how to clean. I'm having Arturo doing my carpet cleaning as we speak. I'm on a regular schedule with them now.
