ALD Flooring

These guys did a good job on my floor, they really look great. However the baseboard work was rushed and they did not caulk the seems or make precise cuts so I had to go back over and finish the work I just paid for and they left almost all their trash for me to pick up. I would give a B on the work but a D for the professionalism.

Nobody is reliable. Never on time, the quote did not include things we went over in person, and the quote had to keep getting updated. During the process, the plan we made was forgotten several times. The communication between the owners and employees did not seem to happen. Everyone is nice but I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner also told me he is not associated.

My first impression of Jason was that he was a very sincere person and more than likely a caring individual. His crew on the first two days was polite, but when they asked if they could play the radio, I didnt expect they meant to play for the neighborhood. Secondly, the quarter round that was installed was pretty ripped up with the nail gun they used. When more **fixing**was needed, Jason sent two of the boys and they arrived filthy and smelling of alcohol. They left to get material and I would not let them in when they returned. I have been trying to contact Jason to finish fixing the cracked and l and split quarter round. When notifying Jason of problems, he started with excuses which may or may not have been true, and now he will not answer any of my messages to him to have items fixed. Said I was an enigma, so I guess thats why no answer to my messages. I resent being ignored after paying for the job. He was okay until he was paid off. I would not recommend ALD because of the boys that work for him. They know how to do the work, they just are proficient at it and dont care. If they tell you they will treat your furniture like it was their own, dont believe it. Some of my furniture was damaged, delicate items covered by heavy items that risked being broken and leaving bottles, cups, garbage around in the yard and on the porch. Polite boys, just full of B.S. to pacify you. Also, I do not like being patronized. I would have liked a more professional team of workers, and cut the cr*p.

I would under NO circumstances hire this company. I am a school teacher, and I worked hard over the summer to save for new carpet. I gave them a $900 deposit on 7/30/21 and we scheduled for the install to be on 8/6. He never showed. Then he told me that he got the dates wrong so he would come on 8/10/21. He said that HE transposed the numbers when ordering the carpet so we would need to reschedule AGAIN! I told him it was the beginning of school and I just wanted to cancel. He assured me that he would refund my money that day and put a check in the mail, which was over eight days ago! He refuses to answer my calls or my texts now. That is not okay! Angis List needs to take this company off their website! I am very upset!

They showed up late both days and were very unorganized and seam in carpet show is really bad and they will not call me back

Jason and his crew were professional, polite and friendly. Due to weather conditions they were not able to start the project on the day planned. It was a two day job and the guys stayed late to finish in one day. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a small flooring job done using my own product and needed it done quickly. ADL Flooring was able to accommodate my request and I was pleased with the work.
