They were quick, efficient and professional.

Unfortunately this company was quite a disappointment. Apparently they are good at painting but, this was a refurbish deck job. They were not aware that the stain they used should NOT be used on Brazilian hardwood. In googling many sites about using Semi-Solid Colors on Brazilian hardwood I see that this was definitely the wrong product. We did not think we needed to have knowledge about that. Assumed they knew since they are the **professionals** Another comment is about their lack of customer courtesy and understanding, including help to satisfy the client, was never attempted. Their idea re: the dirt marks not washing away was, **That is because you walk on it** It is a deck!!!! Future clients should be sure to investigate on their own.

Eastside Pro Painters did an outstanding job painting the exterior fascia boards and siding on our house. They were very timely, professional, and completed very high quality work. We are very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again!

Tough job to take on and after some crazy high estimates I was impressed by how detailed and professional the estimate was to start the job. Team was quick and efficient but still did a quality job.

Eastside Pro Painters has such a great team. I love my house, and have worked really hard to keep it, and the exterior paint job was long overdue. The thoroughness we saw was impressive, from the prep, the pressure washing and the caulking and the masking, to the completed paint job. It is gorgeous. They even made my rusty old house numbers bright and shiny again. That little touch made my heart happy. I'd instantly recommend Eastside Pro Painters to everybody looking for house painters. They can be proud of the work they do!

We used Eastside Pro Painters to paint our 20-unit townhome community, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Pricing was competitive, the quality of work was excellent, the crew was conscientious and polite, and communication was constant. Project manager Andrey was excellent to work with. He was in constant communication throughout the project, which helped us to coordinate everything with our homeowners. Andrey and co-owner Alex were frequently on-site personally supervising and reviewing the crewâ s work. From start to finish, it was clear that they cared about doing things right. The crew, headed up by Jairo, was courteous, efficient, and skilled. They arrived at 8:00 am sharp each morning, cleaned up at the end of each day, and worked in such a way as to cause the smallest possible amount of disruption to any individual homeowner. The work is now finished, and our community looks brand new. This has been one of the most positive contractor experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Eastside Pro Painters, and I personally intend to use them again when we have the need. Thank you, Eastside!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and paint quality. We needed exterior painting done before we sold our home. From our first call to EPP to the final walk through it was a great experience. We also had a tight deadline and EPP finished the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Quality is not their top strength, so the lesson I learned is: Do not always go with lowest cost. The work being performed required oversight by the homeowner and I was still not happy with the end product. They did not properly clean the house. They painted over spiderwebs covered with leaves and pine needles that were in large masses. When I brought it up, they told me it was debris from under the edge of the roof. There was no point discussing with the owner. He knew the problem without even listening to me or looking at the problem. After all, how does a 50 psi painter fly debris around after a 900 psi pressure washer was used the day before on the same spot? I am still trying to figure that out. They started painting the house the day after washing it, when the house was still wet, and as a result the house was sweating later that evening and paint started running. I had to roll out all that mess at 9:00 PM to avoid a problem. The next day they started painting the rest of the house and painted over obviously peeling paint. When I told the person he needed to prep the surface he kept going and so I had to call the owner. Later that day the same person trampled my plants and during his evening clean up and poured the clean-out solution for the equipment all over new growth plants in my garden (for some reason). I sked the owner if they were going to do two coats as contracted and they told me the crew was doing that. They told me that with Hardie Board it can be done at the same time. Except I have wood shingles and not Hardie Board. I still do not know how they could see the work being done from their office and there was no supervisor on site. They sent a person who obviously lacked the training. The tell tail sign was the primer clearly showing through around the entire house and the areas between the shingles were not covered in several area. I called to try and schedule a quality walk through and the owner told me to just let the crew finish their work. I got tired of it, paid them, and finished the work myself. Unfortunately, I ran out of paint, because they only left me with about 5 oz. of paint. After buying more paint and completing the work, it looks pretty good. I was not expecting to be the supervisor or being one of the workers, but I guess I should be feeling real good about being part of the team effort.
