ALEX Construction

Alex and Brian both were great until I paid them out. I hired them to finish the drywall job that my previous contractor did not finish for other reasons. They came and did the job quickly, but by doing it that quickly I knew they missed a lot which they did, I was fine with it because I needed them to finish a bigger project at my house which was the floor. This is not a bad review, the reason I rated them so low is simply that they missed a lot of grout lines on the floor, I did not notice because they put a cover on the floor and told me to wait for 48hrs to let the grout dry. After removing the cover my wife and I noticed they missed a lot, which is very noticeable my tile is 24 x 48 which is huge. I called Brian and texted him for the last week and have not heard anything back from him at all. On top of them not finishing my drywall correctly and floor, they broke a door in my hall which was a hidden door, Alex tried to fix it with plastic but obviously, that did not last long. So now I have to get another door special ordered because they broke it during the tile install, I feel as if I paid them all the money for a terrible job, I paid them $2000 for the small drywall job they did not finish, which I thought was overpriced but we needed them at the time. I paid them 8000$ to finish the tile job that the previous floor company started already. They said if we were not happy with the job we will get some money back at least, but after I paid them out they do not answer my calls or text. Long story short you cannot trust them, they seem like a nice father and son duo. Make sure the job is done correctly before you pay these guys! Before I write this review I reached out again today to the father (Alex) and he answered and said he will call me back in 20 mins. That was 3hrs ago. I tried to give them a chance before I wrote this review!
