I could not be more pleased with how everything from start to finish went with this move. Kevin was so responsive to all communications from my first inquiry, most times within minutes! Kevin followed up one week out, then day before the move. He explained thoroughly how everything was going to work. The crew showed up on time and texted when they were on route. Each of the crew members shook our hand and introduced themselves, so personable. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. My husband just said “they were just nice guys, I don’t know how else to say it!” Thank you!

Booking with Hernandez Moving was easy and took a lot of stress off of the move. Kevin was very thorough and responsive the entire process. The three man crew (Marc, Shawn, Antione) let me know exactly when they would be at the house and worked non stop until the job was done. They were incredibly friendly and joked with our kids throughout the time they were here. Recommending Hernandez Moving to everyone I know who is preparing for a move.

Second time we have moved with this company. 4 movers and a box truck and all I can say is these guys are awesome! Great communication and were able to move I up the schedule on a Sunday! This moving company is incredible. We needed our biggest, heavy furniture moved from our rental house to our new house. Scheduling the appointment was an example of how a business should provide customer service. The crew arrived spot on time and they were outstanding. Professional, polite, and friendly. From the beginning, when I started talking about our project with Kevin, he was very professional - returning calls and following up as we determined the scope of work, dates and costs. Then the week of our first event, Kevin connected to verify the times, dates and location. The guys showed up early and communicated with me as they arrived. They were courteous, professional and hard working! Ours is a multi-event project and very month and half with the guys loading at our site, then unloading and helping set up at the event site, and doing the reverse at the end of the event. Great job! Highly recommend Kevin and his team!! 11 out of 10!

Very reasonable price and timely move.

Kevin was great to work with. Adapted to several changes that I needed without any problems at all. The guys who moved us were responsible, respectful, hard-working and fun. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Good group of young men who showed up and worked hard for almost 10 hours straight. They did take a lunch break. A classy move weather planned or not, each one member if the team introduced themselves as they arrived at my house before they start working and moving things. i’m not planning on moving again, but if I did, I would have no problem calling Hernandez Moving.

Marc and his crew were fantastic! They're arrived early and had me wrapped up and moved within a few hours. When I need rearrangement of my oversized couch they didnt bat an eye and rearranged my furniture as needed. They were fast, efficient and didnt scratch or dent a single item. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move and would use them again in any future moves I have.

Even with the Carolina heat and a full storm rolling through, they did not miss a beat. They finished well ahead of the estimate and made a stressful day feel easy. Kevin was a joy to work with—kind, understanding, and fair. You can tell he runs his business with integrity and heart. I just signed a 14 month lease, but if I move again or finally buy a house, I already know exactly who I am calling. Hernandez Moving 919 is my go to now and forever. The group of guys arrive promptly for the job! They were extremely professional and what was quoted as a 4.5-5 hour job was complete in around 3 hours. All of my furniture was moved with no damage! Excellent experience! Hernandez moving is amazing! The guys showed up on time and immediately started moving and disassembling furniture. They wrapped every single piece and packed in the truck very carefully. The guys were so sweet and worked very well together. We had our entire house on the truck in three hours and then an hour drive away. They unpacked and assembled all the furniture quickly. There was no damage to any furniture or either house. We had bunk beds and they went in an oddly shaped room, but they were reassembled and placed in the perfect spot. My toddler had his crib all set up and ready for a nap before they left. The price was great and definitely worth it for how easy and efficient the moving process was. I also really appreciated the communication with Kevin well before the moving process, the day before, during the move, and after. Overall it was a great and easy move. Thanks Hernandez Moving!

I contacted Kevin last minute & man did he pull through. Marc, Alex, Sean and Keith moved our commercial space! They were literal life savers ! Professional, polite, knowledgeable and did everything we asked with no hesitation! I would recommend them for residential and commercial!
