Arrow Construction was selected for our roofing project over 4 other bids. He wasn’t the lowest, but you get what you pay for. Alfredo kept us informed throughout the process and coordinated with our solar installer and termite fumigator. He cares and takes pride in his work. He is honest and uses quality materials. He does not use substandard materials just to make a quick profit. He is the first one on the project and the last one out. He has a great team of workers who also take pride in their work. They removed our old roof, found termites and dry rot, replaced all damaged wood, the entire fascia, and installed our new roof. Quick response, installs quality materials, listens to customer concerns & answers & response appropriately. For me there was no waiting time. Is a general contractor specializing in roofing and able & capable to determine structural roof damage and make appropriate repairs. Best cost estimate can't be determined until all shingles are removed but a better estimate might be more accurate with more of a detail observation. Such as cost of 3rd party workers to repair stucco. A better obsession of trusters &/or rafters can determine the stability of the overall roof. After competition other construction workers noted that shingles were strong and thick ready for rain, wind, & hail.

Alfredo and his crew removed my old asphalt shingle roof and installed a new one. Alfredo dealt with me in an exemplary way from the outset, giving me an attractive estimate and full information about possible additional costs depending on what they found once they pulled off the old shingles. So I was not surprised when it turned out they needed to replace some of the plywood. Alfredo was very good about keeping me informed about the progress of the job. His crew was fast, efficient, and careful about my property. A projected four-day job was completed in three days. I recommend Arrow Construction highly.
