I have been using them for several years now and today was the final straw as to why I am never going to use them again. Every appointment has been missed and had to be rescheduled. In April I brought them in to turn on my sprinkler system and decided to hire them to do my lawn service. I set up a date and time, given a price, and they never showed up. Finally, today... 06/28/2021: I had called him on 06/21/2021 to have a porch light installed. His response was You are not expecting it today, are you will said no, informed him that my days off were Monday and Tuesday and I was willing to wait until the following week. He had told me it was going to be hot that week so he would like to come in first thing to avoid the heat. On 06/28 when I called to get an eat at I was told it was not going to happen today because of other projects he had to do, as well as a doctor s appointment, and that I would have to wait until at least another week before he could get to my project. I realize that this week is in the 110 degree range, but he agreed to take my small project a week prior and has now, once again, blown me off. I told him to cancel it, and his response was Okay as if my business was not worth it to follow through on a customer. I am sorry ALGA Handyman and Lawn Service, but this lack of customer service and follow through has cost you one customer. I know it would not affect your business, but I want you to know that I did appreciate the work you have done for me in the past and am sorry to cut ties like this, but you haveve left me no choice.

I recently purchased an older home. ALG replaced all the tracks and guides in my closet doors as they were shot and driving me nuts. I appreciated that they were willing to take on a small, tedious project like this one. It’s hard to find people willing to take on these smaller jobs but ALG did! Since my house is older, I will probably need them to come out and help me with a few things in the future. They were prompt and respectful of me and my home. Much thanks!

Not particularly pleasant and made her feel that her time was being wasted. They did not advise of a service charge just to come provide a quote.

What took 20 minutes total was charged at 1.5 hrs because the 3 man crew came for a 1 man job. 1 man turned on/off water, 1 man actualy replaced parts and the last man ferried parts from the truck. The work performed was fine but the charge was excessive.

True professionals. Quoted a price that we agreed on and were done very quickly. Cleaned up and left the yard just beautifully. Would recommend to anyone!

The strainer inside the irrigation box was leaking. I contacted ALG Handyman & Lawn Services on Sunday. They came on Monday morning and fixed the problem.

Grant's 3 man crew cleared the hillside of years of overgrowth, old landscape timbers, play structures, trimmed mature trees, hauled off 4 loads to the landfill. Great work ethic, fair pricing, considerate and personable crew. Very happy with the whole process and result.

ALG Handyman has gone out of their way to help my father and me. They are very hard workers, professional and trust worthy. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us.

I needed some lawn care quickly and fortunately they were in the area. Came right over, finished the job in about 15-20 minutes. Did a good job, too, were very friendly guys, and didn't charge a whole lot. Very pleased.

The proprietor scheduled a meeting with me on a weekend morning to give me an estimate but did not show up. However, he called me on the following evening and promised to show up the next morning to do the work. And he did show up, gave me a reasonable price estimate, and then carried out the work to my complete satisfaction.

Just tell them what you need and they will do it.

They did a great job of squeezing my sprinkler repair in at the busiest part of the season AND a holiday weekend to boot. They came and efficiently diagnosed the issue and took care of a couple minor issues I wasn't aware of as well. Overall, excellent job and I highly recommend them!
