"This is strange! Norman has had air conditioning all summer & now he regrets it? last time I checked my partner was there at 9pm finishing up his air conditioning system & he has been cool all summer long. Last time he spoke with my partner Alec, he was happy with air conditioning. I also called Norman, My partner called Norman, & we haven't received any response. We want to resolve this, but Norman is making that extremely difficult. His entire system is under warranty, If Norman has any issues with his system, it is under warranty through us, all he needs to do is call instead of doing this."
