Despite our many years of experience, we are one of the cheaper carpet repair companies in San Diego and we complete our repairs very quickly while being quality work. 3 hours to stretch stairs, 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and a master bedroom is extremely prompt. We charge a very fair price and we are unsure why you only gave us 3.5 stars. Would you mind letting us know what we did to deserve only 4 star customer service? Also, only 3.5 in quality? I know it has been a couple of years, but upon reviewing your invoice for the work we did on your Tumbled Travertine floors and shower, we are unsure what we missed. We cleaned and sealed the shower and the floor. We did clean the garage as well, for an extremely discounted price. We also filled in some of the larger pits completely free of charge, and discounted your cleaning. How could we have done better? What were we supposed to be doing at your home? They did a great job once they got to my residence. Unfortunately my appointment fell off of their calendar, but they quickly got me back on the schedule. The carpet technician did a great job and removed longstanding stains that I thought would have to be replaced. Miracle workers!!!

Good communication from office and with the two repairmen. They did a nice job and completed in the estimated time. Carpets looked almost new when they were finished with the stretch/refasten and cleaning.

I contacted them in the morning. They came out and did the job that afternoon. They are well organized with an office staff that coordinated the job (not a one man shop). They even called to let me know the tech was running slightly behind schedule. Plus the job was done well and efficiently!

Kyle and Simmie showed up right on time, were professional, courteous, and efficient! The couch is 10 years old but they took care to treat the worst wear twice. They asked if we needed anything else and did a quick spot treatment of our stained carpet. We were very impressed as the couch looks like it's almost new again! We will definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation!!

Mike was came over to repair/replace our carpet that was ruined by fake blood by a neighbor boy. Because of the patterns in the carpet he said we didn't have enough carpet for him to do it perfectly. We decided to get new carpet for our room. I appreciate his honesty & he didn't charge us for his time.

I went on-line with Home Advisor to find a carpet repair person at about 10am. All American Carpet Care called me at about 11am and the owner came at 1pm all the same day. There were two repairs to berber carpet that were done perfectly. Very impressed with timeliness, the repairs, and professionalism of All American Carpet Care. I'll use the carpet repair company and the on-line service HomeAdvisor again. Thanks
