They did not leave a receipt for the items they purchased. I payed over $800 and I am not sure if the service provided was worth that much or if the items purchased justified the price charged. - toilet - garbage disposal

Required $1500 downpayment - has not performed the job that was to be done by end of 2005. We have requested the $1500 back ASAP - has not given our money back. Very unprofessional. Have filed a complaint with BBB. We will pursue through the courts.

On short notice, Rodney came to our house the day after Thanksgiving and replaced an outdoor polybutylene pipe, and completed the job on the same day. His phone quote was comparable to the actual quote and much less than another estimate we had received. Rodney also added a water heater thermal expansion tank for a nominal fee. We were very pleased with the results!

I am very pleased at present but need to see what happens when it rains. They did indicate their work was guaranteed for one year but they did not put it in writing on the invoice and I forgot to ask for it. I have called and asked for them to provide the signed guarantee.
