Unfortunately this was the worst hire on Angi that I have ever had. Shocking considering other positive reviews. The project commenced on March 1 and 2 weeks in the floors were so unlevel the project had to be ripped up and started over. A second was made but again the floors were not level. I asked Dakota if he had the skills to get the project done. A third attempt was made about 4 weeks in and this too failed. Additionally the craftsmanship of the molding was shoddy and not level nor of the caliber that would be something one could look at and not see flaws. At this point I had a conversation with Dakota who recognized the failings. He then discussed the project with his mentors and others. A new plan was made. He bought a leveler and went to work. I was told 2 weeks. 3 weeks in the floors were nearly done however he stopped showing up consistently rendering the house not useable during this time because he was not done. Then he did show up and took his stuff leaving the key behind. There are several areas not finished and the craftsmanship is poor. Further, he did not clean as previously agreed to. We are now 8 weeks into a 2-3 week project that looks poor and was made worse with the lack of professionalism on part of Dakota. I tried to be patient with Dakota but lesson learned here. Sadly I cannot recommend anyone use this company. I will need to hire other to make the project complete.

Dakota was excellent to work with. He was on time and professional. He cared about his work and delivered a quality project that included new bathroom subfloor, insulation of luxury vinyl plank, removal of LVP and repair of floor squeaks, new door casing, hanging doors and new base trim that he painted. Would I hire him again, yes! I recommend All Aspects R & R.
