They were nice and overall I liked them. I just wasn’t totally happy with the cost and end result. Not totally their fault as it’s an old house, but for as much as I paid I thought it should have been done better.

Mario came in on Saturday and did an awesome job fixing my electrical outlet issues in my home. I tend to try to fix things on my own, but I just couldn't figure out this one issue I was having. Mario was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and resolve it. He went above and beyond and I will be using him and his company again for sure.

Eco Electric called me within minutes of submitting my request for a bid on my job to install an outlet in my garage. They were able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The technician arrived on time and did a great job. He was quite friendly and used standard COVID-19 precautions. I am very satisfied with the work of the technician, and with Eco Electric overall.

I had to replace my Electrical Meter Box, after rust ate through the bottom. I met with three companies. Mario (ECO Electric LLC) impressed me the most from the onset. His bid was significantly lower than the other Electrical Companies. Mario did all the research, got all the permits, and did all the negotiations with the Power Company and County inspector. Eco was here when promised and I was impressed with the assistant that Mario brought with him. He was very fast and informative. They also wore Covid masks the entire time. ECO was extremely fast, thorough and efficient, we spent most of the time waiting for the power company to disconnect and reconnect. ECO has earned all my future business.

Good people

Hired them based on the good reviews on Home Advisor, but would not work with them again. We hired them to switch out a flush mounted ceiling light in the closet and replace it with a basic chandelier. The work was done hastily and they originally hung the chandelier so low that it was only about 5 feet off the ground in a room with a 10 1/2 foot ceiling. I literally had to walk around the chandelier to avoid hitting it. The man claimed chandelier height is a personal preference but I looked it up online and found out in a room with a 8 ft. ceiling, the chandelier should be minimum 7 ft. off the ground, even higher if the room has a higher ceiling of 10 1/2 ft. like ours. He raised it to about 6 ft. before he left but over the course of the next day, it still did not feel right. I called the company within 48 hours of original installation and asked him to come back to raise the chandelier to a height of 8 ft. off the ground. I assumed since I had already paid for the job, this would not incur an extra charge, but they charged me $120 as a service fee to come back and adjust the height! I was not told about this service fee until they showed up and adjusted the chandelier. I found this to be an unfair and dishonest business practice. Honest contractors do not charge customers to fix a job that should have been done right the first time. I also was surprised the electrician was not aware of the standard height a chandelier should be off the floor, and that it was something I, the customer, had to google to find out. These people are not professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional and reasonably priced

Mario came to my home, he was very nice. I usually donâ t stick with someone doing a repair because I donâ t want to be in the way, but he kept me informed on what he found and he did ask for feedback as he diagnosed the issue. He arrived very quickly for a late night service call, and despite an unusual issue he was able to track it down and repair it in under an hour.

I HIGHLY recommend! I could not have had a better experience. Was in a bind after lightning strike power surge on a Friday night. Eco was the only company of 6 I called that replied over the weekend and had a tech at my door Monday morning. Mario treated me like a VIP customer from day one and I feel like a long time valued client although this is my first experience using them. My tech Chris was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Needless to say Eco is the only electrician I will use and will be the only one I recommend!
