All by Choice LLC recently installed a new roof on my house. Here?s what they did, within the quoted budget: Replaced damaged wood roof panels (with their own stock), support beams, and fascia, plus mold prevention spraying in those areas. Metal runoff channels under all valley seams, high-standing flashing at vertical step-up, and metal diverter at complex roof/downspout junction. Special underlayment at shallow roof slopes. All new drip edges and 150? of beautiful evergreen K-gutters. They even painted my old downspouts to match color. All new vents and standpipe boots, which they painted to match the high-quality green shingles they installed with sealing nails, not staples. 10 year warranty. We actually had a home completely reroofed and a garage roof repaired. Both jobs well done. We really appreciated how they cleaned up both job sites. Showed up when they said they would, hardworking, and completed jobs in a very timely manner.

This was complete exterior paint and maintenance of a commercial building occupied by tenants with high traffic. It included deferred maintenance of roof, sidewalks, wood stain, siding, stucco, use of lifts and other specialized equipment and materials. Rick and his crew used fine judgement and quality workmanship andskill. Tenants were communicated with effectively in advance and I was kept informed daily. Great results.
