"Hi Ann You hired us to install light fixtures to existing wiring. We did not have any way to check the light fixtures when we were there as we did not have access to space. I believed you paid $99 so we only charged you to remove and install lights fixtures. We did set up an appointment for 12 pm on a Monday to check the fixture. I call to let you know that we were running behind by 2 hrs. I left a message I have checked our phone records and voice mail I do not have a call back from you did you call at 207-406-2568? Hi Ann I look through the phone log and voice mail we get an email copy of every message. I have checked the two places."

"We emailed, and we called several times through the number that HomeAdvisor gave us to schedule another time to come out to finish the project Not one time did we get a response left messages and left emails I do have pictures of what the work was completed and there was no need for anybody to come out to fix the work was all done in the joist as you told us you were just dry walling the ceiling all the wires that were in the ceiling on the surface were moved up into the joist , so I'm really not sure what they're talking about but I do have pictures of the work we did and I know it was done correctly"
