Great service. On time, Friendly and fair price. They went above and beyond by explaining the issues and how to resolve them effectively so they don't have to come back and do further repairs in the future. I will definitely be using them again!

We needed help fixing a bad carpet installation done by the original contractor who built our home. It was a large job that required someone with strong flooring skills and Schaun delivered. He did what he promised to do and the pricing was very fair.

Work was incomplete. He never came to fixed it. He told me what was wrong but they didnt work on it. Evidently, its very simple thing to do but unfortunately my husband is not able to do it physically. I would not know what to do. We are elderly ,We cant fix it ourselves.

Shaun of Allied Property Services responded quickly to our initial request to re-stretch our carpet and came to our home within the hour to look at the job, explain what he would do and gave us an estimate. This company came out to stretch our carpets and fix our seams. He did a great job. He explained exactly what he was doing. He explained the how our carpets were in rough shape, but took his time and was able to fix our problem. He gave us a few more years before it will need to be replaced. He was not able to come during our first scheduled time due to there projects. He stayed in contact with me and let me know the status of his arrival. He answers all my questions about other services they do. We look forward to having them redo our floors when the time comes.

We hired Allied Property Services to install a through the wall air conditioner. The owner Shaun was very responsive to any questions that we had and made us very happy when he had his employee (Eric) installing the AC in only a few days from our first contact. This was very important because we are experiencing near 90° temps in mid May. Eric arrived on time and made easy work of the install. We will be contacting Allied Property Services soon to complete a couple more jobs from our to do list.

Water Removal Recovery Service
My refrigerator malfunctioned and flooded my entire basement. Allied responded right away and they were at my house within 45 minutes. They got allof my furniture out and cleaned up everything in 1 day. We used Allied for the renovations and we love the job they did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shawn was very prompt in responding to my request on Angi. He was able to complete the work in a timely way. Carpet and pad were both removed and carpet was cut to size as I requested. Pleasant to work with. Only downside was cleaning was poorly done after carpet and padding were rolled up.
