Called immediately and repaired same day at my convenience during evening hours. Problem with washer continued and upon my reporting, he returned the next evening to diagnose the problem and repair at no extra charge. Will certainly call on him again and recommend to friends.

Extremely knowledgeable and courteous...The night before thanks giving shawn drove for me and my wife from central New Jersey to New York City for a vital part for my stove(viking)to work for our 50 guests we had over for dinner ,most from out of town......aarrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!! and at no extra charge.my wife rita swears it was god sent. he refused a tip...but i have one for anyone else shopping arround ....THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE...p.s. i mailed the tip anyway,along with a letter to the owner and the better business bureau to let them know that people do exist who are still kind.

I was satisfied with my experience. My only complaints (if you want to call it complaints) was that I felt the labor was a tad high along with the price of the replacement part. On the other hand, I was given a discounted part price along with a one year part and labor guarantee and for that I am quite thankful and happy.
