Eric was fast to contact us as soon as we got the recommendations from Angi’s. Got us scheduled with Robert (plumbing technician) to come take a look at where the leak was. Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there weee no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue. All Star Trade Pros were very professional and did a fantastic job and we have no more leaks. We will definitely be working with them in the future for our plumbing or HVAC maintenance needs.

All Star Trade Pros did a great job replacing my kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. Everyone I encountered from the office staff to the field personnel were respectful and did their jobs well. I would definitely recommend them.

Shane was quick to respond when I input my needs into Angi’s. Availability was within 24 hours which was nice since my AC refrigeration line was damaged by me and temp outside was hot and humid. Justin was on time and completed the job to my satisfaction (even prepared for working in the heavy rain). I’d recommend All Star Trade Pros.

My house is large and I have 2 air conditioners. The upstairs unit completely died and the heat was unbearable. I had several companies come out but their prices were beyond my budget or they couldnt do the work for weeks. I finally found All Star Trade Pros and I was so lucky that I did. They worked with me, gave me a price I could afford, and worked me into a hectic schedule. They explained everything to me in great detail so I knew what I could get, what was available, how it worked and so on. I am not exaggerating to say that All Star's customer service is top notch and way better than most companies i've dealt with in my life. It is so annoying when you end up in such a bad situation, have your a/c go out in Texas and then, can't find a company who honestly cares. I highly recommend All Stars and you will be so happy if you choose to hire them. I promise that you won't be disappointed!!
