It has been over 10 years of me dealing with the summer heat that I have forgotten about how a house should feel inside. I have suffered with heat every year. My upstairs would get up to about 90 degrees on somedays. The moment that All-Star Air Pros have entered my home, my air has been COLD. I can run the upstairs unit and downstairs unit at the same time. I don't know how they did it but they did. I 100% trust them to do the job. Don't call anyone else!!!

Our HVAC replacement journey started with Russell coming to give us an estimate on replacing our HVAC unit. He was professional, yet friendly, and detail oriented. We have interviewed several companies to get bids and Russell is the only one to actually go and measure the home to get the exact square footage and to take into consideration how many windows etc. are in the house. He provided us with the facts and was not high high-pressure. He was patient with us and answered our questions, thoroughly and professionally.
Two days later, the crew came to install a new HVAC system! They were amazing! They explained everything they were doing and had us up & running by 2:00 pm! They took extra steps to make sure the outside unit was level and everything was cleaned up..including the landscaping around the unit! Russel even took extra time to talk to one of my neighbors who needed to replace his HVAC system
Words cannot express the appreciation I have for Russell, JoJo & Jay! This team is amazing and I am forever grateful for all they did for us!

Russell was very thorough. He checked everything, asked me questions, and showed evidence of issues. He did more than simply fix a problem. He educated me on how to determine when a problem is arising. He offers a phenomenal benefit plan to keep HVAC unit in great condition year round. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.
