Carpentry Framing - Install
We contracted with Tim Anderson for 5400 dollars five thousand of which has been paid. Anderson abandoned the job before completion which necessitated repairs for substandard work including replacement of ceiling, window and bump out as well as electrical rewiring and replacing 3 way switches and new cables.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
The work crew was young and inexperienced, and the owner provided no guidance. They ruined the surface of the decks, picnic table, and benches when they pressured washed them. They also got a deck stain on the white siding in numerous places. I tried several times to get the company to rectify the situation only to find that the owner, Timm Anderson, is not a man of his word. It was a very disappointing experience, and I strongly caution people to not use their services.
