They normally only test 3 rooms within a home as per qovernment standards at a base rated of 320.00 however when I asked them what would be best they provided more. I have major health issues and very worried that something might be missed in the home I wanted to buy. So KC of ALM Environmental walked the house and agreed that it would be best interest to test more. They only charged for the additional samples! They provided a clear report an estimate for abatement which will help with negotiations.
